Whether you are a designer, a product developer, or an agent, we'll help you correctly use brand assets and showcase content. Consistent use of these assets helps users easily recognize references to Readict and protect our brand image. Any Readict logos or colors found elsewhere on the web are not approved for use.
My Role and Tools
In Readict design team, I have worked across different projects with multiple hats.
I am working as UI/UX designer for company website building with the product team and engineer team.
The tools are Photoshop, Figma, and Zeplin.
I am also working as a visual designer with the user acquisition team to set up A/B testing metrics to test the best performance design.
The tools are Photoshop and Illustrator.
I am working as a brand designer working together with the marketing team to build across-platform design standing for our branding.
I use Photoshop and After Effects for those designs. I am also working together with the product team to do iterating of our design system for Readict branding.
Tasks with teams
User Acquisition team - 20 groups of AB testing campaigns weekly
Engineering team and product team - improvement of internal tool and development of company websites
Marketing and content team - the video and image campaigns for important festivals

AB Testing / Usability Testing
The collaborative work with UA team and product team is setting up the important metrics to get feedback from data results. All about the numbers.
The metrics include but not only include Click-rate, 7-day retention rate, 30-day retention-rate, per cost, total cost, etc...
The data will help the team to do analysis, and make the next-step decision to drive our product into the correct direction.
UI/UX Design
I design the website features with product team together, work closely with engineers, project managers and QA testing every day to meet the milestones and
improvement for our products.

I design the internal tool and improve its interface's usability with the product team together, work closely with engineers, project managers and QA testing every day to meet the milestones and improve the product features.
Tools: Photoshop, Figma, Zeplin, Illustrator
Basically, I have unified the design style in the new version. The digital elements' sizes keep the same while their colors are defined by features.
The CTA buttons and other important features are aliening with the design princple to be outstanding from other assets in the pages.
I redesign the layouts as well while I have removed/combined rare features.












UA Ads Campaign Design
I work closely with user acquisition team together to do A/B testing or multiply testing to find out the elements with best performace. We set up the metrics for our target users after analysis of our marketing data.
